Winter, yep its still here...

As much as I am looking forward to summer, these cold nights certainly give a great chance to cook some winter wonders. In fact last night with a few friends we huddled around PieFace's new wood-fired pizza oven, it was well worth it.

This weekend I am venturing up the Hunter Valley in search of the perfect food and wine partnership. Wish me luck, it won't be fun at all.... You'll be able to see the video on our sister website Qwoff, so stay tuned.

Masterchef....I Just Love It
I am pretty sure I am not the only one who is addicted the the aussie Masterchef. I am not sure who I want to win, they are all pretty likeable. I recently cooked the Sticky Date Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce, and it was a real hit. I will try and cook some more of the recipes and post them.
