Vol-au-vant filled with Camembert Cheese

Ingredients

    1 packet of small voulavants
    1 packet of camembert cheese
    1 shallot, finely sliced
    1 handful of flat leaf parsely, finely sliced
    6 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

Directions

    1. Pre-heat oven to 180.
    2. Mix together camembert cheese, shallot and parsely.
    3. Place voulavants onto a baking tray.
    4. Spoon filling into voulavants and top with a 1/2 cherry tomatoe.
    5. Bake for 4 minutes.
