Chocolate Berry Cream Log

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Arnotts Chocolate Ripple biscuits
  • 300 ml bottle cream
  • 1 Tbsp Kahlua
  • 1 pack Creative Gourmet frozen berries
  • 1 flake bar to decorate

Directions

  1. 1. Add Kahlua to cream and whip it until peaks form.
  2. 2. On a long rectanglar serving plate assemble into a log by layering biscuits and cream mixture, cover with remaining cream and shape outside surface with spatula to look like a log.
  3. 3. Cover loosely with greaseproof paper and chill overnight.
  4. 4. To serve, spread frozen berries around the log on the dish, smash flake bar inside wrapper, then sprinkle over the top of the log. Allow 10 mins for berries to soften, then present to much acclaim.
  5. 5. Slice log diagonally to serve.
